The most relevant requirements are:
QWERTY keyboard and a mouse with a Left, a Right, and a Middle Scrollwheel Button. Desktop PC with Windows 10+. Laptops and tablets not supported. 1GB of free space. At least 1280x1024 screen resolution. C++ environment with 32bit compiler for making DLL-based game objects.

DELTA has been extensively tested, but as always bugs may arise.
We will do our best to resolve any bugs you find - just post on the forum.

DELTA supports WAV/MP3/OGG/FLAC with the primary graphics format being PNG.
Up to 8 players can be utilized at once, each with unique keyboard/gamepad/mouse.
DELTA's advanced "LUCID" tracking system allows updates to game files without the need to rebuild your game.

DELTA has specialized hand-coded assembly graphics routines to get maximum performance out of your processor, along with a ton of graphics options. You immediately get full control over the rendering engine and all of the blending parameters.
